Antique two panel folding screen (byōbu), in ink and colors on gold leaf applied paper, mounted on wooden frames with paper hinges, textile border and lacquered molding, depicting a thatched roof farm house (minka) draped with cascading vine flowers and large, round gourds (hyotan).
